Biography
Dr Aneke is mobilised by the soil-structure interaction, with respect to geotechnical structures. His master’s and doctoral studies revolve around the performance assessment of Ground Improvement and the application of Unsaturated Soil Mechanics in pavement analysis.
Research Interests
- Application of unsaturated soil mechanics in geotechnical structures i.e. rail tracks, pavement, earth embankment, and retaining walls.
- Soil dynamics, machine foundation, and 3D numerical analysis
- Slope stability and stabilization of base layers
- Development of sustainable geomaterials
